About Crain Company

Established in 2012 and headquartered in Wichita, Kansas, Crain Company operates as the parent company over several innovative organizations and a non-profit that together, invests, develops, insures and operates within a regional market network to capitalize on exclusive commercial and residential real estate investment opportunities. Crain Co. seeks to leverage investment opportunities to change the world by creating high impact change for communities by providing and managing quality housing.

Crain Capital, formerly known as the Anderson-Crain Investment Group and a division of Crain Company, is a Private Equity Real Estate Company responsible for sourcing, acquiring, and supporting all Crain Company investment interests. The team develops and maintains political, investor, banking, and portfolio management relationships.

Crain Capital has two investment focuses, traditional multifamily & development of 3D printed housing.

Traditional Multi-family

The Crain Company was built with a focus on multifamily housing while working with a wide array of investment partners. After exploring multiple options to make a positive difference in the communities they invest in, Crain Company concentrated on impact investments and partners with the same strategic goals. With this mission in mind, Crain Company developed an investment strategy for non-profits, family offices and high net worth individuals that creates positive returns while creating positive change in their communities. This strategy not only positively impacts the communities that Crain Company invests in, but it also supports the non-profits that their investors support.

CC3D, an innovative startup arm of Crain Company, was developed to provide high-quality, affordable and sustainable housing through creatively designed, efficiently built 3D-concrete printed homes. CC3D seeks to partner with local communities, businesses and the construction industry to revolutionize the way homes are built. The first 3D concrete printed multi-family housing community in Kansas, and one of the first in the nation, is scheduled to begin in 2022 in Valley Center, Kansas.
